What this site stores, why, and how to ask for it to be removed — under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
Who is responsible
Hospeda+ is the controller of the data handled on this site. Contact: hospeda.mais@hotmail.com.
What we store
- Guests: name, phone (when given), stay dates, apartment, language, the Airbnb booking code and the last 4 digits of the phone number Airbnb puts in the calendar. They open your digital guide and confirm the booking is yours.
- Guide usage: when the link was last opened and how many times each coupon was opened or checked. We do not store who opened which coupon.
- Visitors: no sign-up. The IP address is used for a few minutes only to limit booking-code attempts and to avoid counting the same visit or tap twice. We count, per day, how many times each apartment page was opened and how many times someone tapped the Airbnb button or the buttons of each partner restaurant and place — just the number, with no IP, cookie or any identifier.
Cookies
Only two, both necessary: "lang" remembers the language you chose and "hf_session" keeps the host signed in to the panel. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we share with
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the database.
- Partners: when a coupon QR is checked, the venue sees your first name, the stay dates and the coupon — nothing else.
- External links: WhatsApp, Google Maps, Waze, Uber, Airbnb and Instagram only receive data when you tap the link. The apartment map is loaded from OpenStreetMap.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long
The guide link stops working a few hours after check-out. Stay data is deleted automatically 365 days after check-out — or sooner, on request.
Your rights
You can ask for confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion of your data, and to know who it is shared with (LGPD art. 18). Write to hospeda.mais@hotmail.com. You may also complain to the ANPD (gov.br/anpd).
